On 5 February 2024, Ambassador Morakot gave a lecture on "Development Cooperation Connecting Thailand and Lao PDR" to professors and students of the International Development Studies Program, Faculty of Political Science, Chulalongkorn University. The lecture highlighted development cooperation in Lao PDR under various frameworks in the Mekong subregion, and bilateral development cooperation projects led and carried out by Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB), the Chaipattana Foundation as well as other Thai agencies and Thai private sector in Lao PDR. Ambassador Morakot also mentioned the partnership cooperation between international organisations and other donor countries in the Lao PDR.
