Ambassador Morakot Sriswasdi paid a courtesy call on H.E. Dr. Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune, President of Lao Front for National Development, on the occasion of her assumption of duty. Both sides exchanged views on ways and means to further strengthen people - to - people relations between Thailand and the Lao PDR, especially on cooperation and activities that related to Buddhism. They also discussed cooperation to enhance capacity of Lao farmers through training and sharing best practices in agricultural fields with relevant Thai agencies.
