On 19 June 2023, Ambassador Morakot Sriswasdi paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Phoxay Xayyasone, Minister of Energy and Mines, on the occasion of her assumption of duty.

 

both sides discussed matters including (1) promoting quality investment from Thailand in Energy sector (2) enhancing energy cooperation between Thai and Lao PDR, including ways to support human resource development and related academic cooperation.
