On 22 March 2023, Ambassador Morakot Sriswasdi visited Aquaculture Learning Center at Champasak Agriculture and Forestry College. The Center was funded by TICA under the “Project on Capacity Building in Fisheries for Champasak Agriculture and Forestry College, Lao PDR”. During the past 7 years, supports from TICA include formulating fisheries curriculum, preparing groundwater systems and soil ponds, constructing livestock buildings and providing capacity building to college's personnels as well as necessary equipment and tools for fisheries laboratories.
