On 25 March 2023, Ambassador Morakot Sriswasdi, accompanied by Ms. Thitiya Panmanee Consul of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Savannakhet as well as officers from the Royal Thai Embassy, visited the Learning Center for the Development of Sustainable Agriculture at Khammouane Technical - Vocational College, supported by TICA since 2018. Nowadays, the Learning Center has become a venue for local communities to study and practice the concept of clean, integrated and sustainable farming based on the application of Sufficiency Economy Philosophy(SEP).
