Ambassador Morakot Sriswasdi paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Phayvy Syboualypha, Minister of Justice of Lao PDR, on the occasion of her assumption of duty. Matters discussed included the roles and duties of the Ministry of Justice of Lao PDR, cooperation on law and justice between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Lao PDR, and ways to expand such cooperation to yield greater mutual benefit, particularly from learning from each other’s experiences and capacity building of lawyers in the public sector.
