On 28 October 2025, at 10.00 hrs, H.E. Mr. Anouparb Vongnorkeo, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR, in his capacity as the representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR, together with senior officials of the Ministry, signed the Book of Condolence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother of the Kingdom of Thailand, and laid a floral wreath before Her Majesty’s portrait at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Vientiane.
