On 31 October 2025, at 1130 hours, H.E. Mr. Chansaveng Bounyong, Vice Minister of Industry and Commerce, together with executives of the Ministry signed the Book of Condolence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Vientiane. The Governor and his entourage were welcomed by Ms. Jirusaya Birananda, Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i., and Embassy’s officials.
