On 31 October 2025, at 1330 hours H.E. Mrs. Suanesavanh Vignaket, Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Lao PDR together with executives of the Ministry signed the Book of Condolence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Vientiane. The Minister and her entourage were welcomed by Ms. Jirusaya Birananda, Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i., and Embassy’s officials.
