On 29 January 2025, H.E. Ms. Morakot Sriswasdi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Lao PDR, together with Team Thailand, and officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane organised an activity of the Royal Thai Volunteers on the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua Attaining the Same Age as His Majesty King Buddha Yodfa Chulalok the Great (Rama I) 2025 by presenting contribution to the Visually Impaired School to support expense for consumption and transportation for students as well as other operations of the School in order to promote teachings and skill development of visually impaired children in the Lao PDR. The contribution was received by Dr. Phonesavanh Chasane, Deputy Director of the National Ophthalmology Center.
