On 18 July 2025, H.E. Ms. Morakot Sriswasdi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Lao PDR, together with Team Thailand and officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane organised an activity of the Royal Thai Volunteers on the auspicious occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua on 28 July 2025 by presenting a contribution of 150,000 bath to the Lao Red Cross Society to procure essential equipment and supplies for flood victims in the Lao PDR.

On this occasion, Mr. Khamlavanh Chanthalavanh, President of the Lao Red Cross Society, expressed appreciation to the Royal Thai Embassy and Team Thailand for organizing the activity of the Royal Thai Volunteer, which supports the mission of the Organisation in providing humanitarian assistance to the Lao people.
