On 6 Marh 2025, H.E. Ms. Morakot Sriswasdi, Ambassador of Thailand to the Lao PDR hosted a luncheon in honour of Assistant Professor Dr. Bhanubhatra Jittiang, Representative of Thailand to the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) who attended and spoke at the “AICHR Workshop on Implementation of Human Rights Treaties to which all ASEAN Member States are Party” in Vientiane. Ms. Nareeluc Pairchaiyapoom, Director of International Human Right Division, Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, Ministry of Justice, who also served as speaker at the workshop, also joined the luncheon. On this occasion, Ambassador Sriswasdi and the delegation exchanged views on human rights situations in Thailand, regionally and internationally, as well as on implementation of human rights treaties.
