On 4 December 2024, H.E. Ms. Morakot Sriswasdi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Lao PDR, together with Team Thailand, officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane and spouses organised the following ceremonies on the occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, and Thailand’s Father’s Day 5 December 2024;

1. Alms Giving Ceremony H.E. Ambassador together with Team Thailand, officials of the Royal Thai Embassy and spouses offered alms to nine Buddhist monks at Si Saket Temple, Vientiane.

2. Flower-offering Ceremony

H.E. Ambassador led Team Thailand, officials of the Royal Thai Embassy and spouses to commemorate His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great. The ceremony included flower-offering ceremony and reading of the citation to pay obeisance before His Majesty’s portrait.
