On 26 June 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane organised a merit-making ceremony to pay homage to Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajrarajadhita at the behest of His Holiness Somdet Phra Ariyavongsagatayana, the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand, on the occasion of His Holiness’ 99th Birthday Anniversary at Ong Teu Mahawihan Temple.

On this occasion, H.E. Mrs. Krongkanit Rakcharoen, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Lao PDR, together with officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane, Team Thailand and their spouses, offered alms to nine monks, while Venerable Phouangprasert Poumavong, Abbot of Ong Teu Voramahawihan Temple and Director of Ong Teu Sangha College, presided over the religious observance.
