On 24 December 2024, H.E. Ms. Morakot Sriswasdi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Lao PDR, together with Team Thailand, Officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane and spouses, as well as the Thai private sector in the Lao PDR jointly organised an activity of the Royal Thai Volunteers by hosting a lunch for 120 students and teachers at Vientiane Capital Disability Education School. On this occasion, Mr. Khamphay Soysouvanh, Director of Vientiane Capital Disability Education School, extended a warm welcome and expressed his gratitude to the Royal Thai Embassy, Team Thailand, and the Thai private sector in the Lao PDR for the support.

 

C.P. Laos Co., Ltd. provided 240 bottles of drinking water and 120 boiled eggs and PTT (LAO) Co., Ltd. also provided 150 cups of beverages. On this occasion, Mr. Peravej Na Ranong, Managing Director of PTT (LAO) Co.,Ltd., along with company staff, also participated in serving lunch to students and teachers at Vientiane Capital Disability Education School.

 

The Vientiane Capital Disability Education School is the only public school in Vientiane Capital that offers both primary and secondary education for students with disabilities of all types. Currently, the school has approximately 100 boarding students from various provinces across the Lao PDR.
