On 16 October 2024, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presided over the Opening Ceremony of the 5th Princess Maha Chakri Award Forum and the 3rd International Conference on Equitable Education at IMPACT Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi.
H.E. Ms. Morakot Sriswasdi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Lao PDR, together with Team Thailand, officials of the Royal Thai Embassy in Vientiane and spouses, and representatives of the Thai private sector in the Lao PDR attended the ceremony virtually at the Thai Residence. The ceremony was also attended by representatives from the Ministry of Education and Sports and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR.
On this occasion, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn delivered a royal opening address at the Opening Ceremony of the 5th Princess Maha Chakri Award Forum and the 3rd International Conference on Equitable Education. Mrs. Kimfueang Heuangmany, headmaster of Pheermai Primary School in Xekong Province, Lao PDR and the 5th Princess Maha Chakri Awardee from the Lao PDR also presented her work after receiving the Princess Maha Chakri Award and her future plans.
