On 7 November 2025, at 1400 hours H.E. Mr. Khamphane Sitthidampha, Governor of Vientiane Province, together with executives of the Vientiane Province, signed the Book of Condolence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Vientiane. The Governor and his entourage were welcomed by Ms. Jirusaya Birananda, Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i., and Embassy’s officials.
