On 31 October 2025, at 1030 hours, Mr. Bounthan Bounthavilay, Deputy Prosecutor General of Lao PDR, together with executives of the Office of the Supreme People's Prosecutor, signed the Book of Condolence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Vientiane. The Deputy Prosecutor General and his entourage were welcomed by Ms. Jirusaya Birananda, Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i., and Embassy’s officials.
