On 31 October 2025, at 1345 hours, H.E. Mr. Khoun Phasouk, Vice President of the People's Supreme Court of Lao PDR, together with executives of the People’s Supreme Court signed the Book of Condolence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Vientiane. The Vice President and his entourage were welcomed by Ms. Jirusaya Birananda, Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i., and Embassy’s officials.
